Medway, Massachusetts will celebrate its 300th birthday in 2013. The town will mark this major milestone in true New England fashion. A series of fun events for all ages will begin in 2012 and continue through 2013, celebrating our hometown and paying tribute to Medway’s history. Fundraisers held in 2012 will help to make most events free or minimally priced to cover expenses.
The celebration begins on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2012, with the Celebrate Medway300 dance and auction at The Glen in Millis, MA. Tickets are limited to 400 people, so get yours early!
Plans are underway for a family weekend, arts day, Medway musical, Air Force Band concert, parade, and many other events. The celebration culminates with the Tercentennial Ball in the fall of 2013.
